Typically, this is due to another program using the same files or your security settings restricting updates.
Here are some tips:
- Close ALL Internet browsers (you may have had another upload session opened)
- ACI users: Some of the components are shared. Please close your ACI software so that they can be updated.
- Windows 7 or Vista users with UAC enabled: Try running Internet Explorer as Administrator (Click Start > All Programs, right-click Internet Explorer and select Run as Administrator)
